Joe Dymek, Maryland Agricultural Education Foundation president who led the advisory committee for the formation of the program extended thanks to the agricultural community for their support in re-establishing the program in Howard County and particularly extended his “thanks to Ellie Feaga for taking the bull by the horns” to lobby at both the state and the county levels to re-establish the program. Newly installed chapter president Ellie Feaga then opened the meeting to those present.
